PRODUCT INTRODUCE

The industrial constant temperature oven is heating, curing, drying and aging treatment equipment commonly used in rubber, plastic and composite material industries. It is mainly applied for rubber preheating, secondary vulcanization of finished products, material drying, sample aging test and stress relief of workpieces. A uniform and stable hot air circulation environment is formed inside the sealed thermal insulation chamber. With electric heating and forced air circulation, the temperature difference in the chamber is small to ensure even heating of workpieces.

The cabinet is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, and the inner liner adopts stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, rust-proof and easy to clean. High-density thermal insulation material is used for the insulation layer, featuring excellent heat preservation performance, less heat loss and lower energy consumption. The temperature control system adopts high-precision temperature controller with constant temperature and timing functions. The temperature range can be customized. It delivers stable temperature rise and precise control to prevent local overheating and burning of workpieces.

The oven is equipped with multiple safety protections including overtemperature protection, overload protection and power-off protection when door opens. Built-in hot air circulation fan keeps continuous air flow for uniform temperature field. The chamber door has good sealing performance to reduce heat leakage. HMI or digital display control panel is adopted for simple and intuitive parameter setting and real-time operation status display.

Industrial ovens are widely used in secondary vulcanization of rubber, baking of silicone products, curing of composite materials, drying of electronic components, aging test of samples and drying of hardware parts. It can meet the requirements of laboratory sampling, small-batch and continuous production.
