This oven is tailor-made for secondary vulcanization of rubber and silicone products as well as drying and dehumidification of rubber compound. It adopts multi-layer shelf structure with perforated trays inside the chamber, enabling hot air to pass through materials evenly and eliminating local temperature difference, so as to guarantee consistent vulcanizing and baking quality of workpieces on each layer.

The outer shell is made of thickened steel plate with blue anti-rust coating, durable and nice-looking. The inner chamber is fully constructed of stainless steel, high temperature resistant and rust-proof, preventing contamination of rubber materials. The independent control panel on the left side is equipped with dual digital temperature controllers, function buttons and emergency stop knob. Temperature parameters can be adjusted intuitively for simple operation. Universal casters at the bottom facilitate movement and positioning in workshop.

Equipped with forced hot air circulation system, the machine features stable temperature rise and high temperature control precision. Multiple safety protections including overtemperature alarm, overtemperature power-off and overload protection are integrated. The oven will shut down automatically under abnormal conditions to ensure safety of operators and equipment.

It is suitable for secondary vulcanization of rubber & silicone products, curing of polymer materials and sample drying. Inner chamber size, number of layers and temperature range can be customized according to clients' product requirements.
