This automatic cutting & weighting machine is specially developed for rubber compound cutting after the open mill. It integrates feeding, slitting, automatic weighing and sorting into one unit. It supports two working modes: cutting by fixed length or by target weight.

Equipped with PLC + touch screen control and high-precision weighing sensor, the machine can real-time feedback weight data and automatically compensate feeding speed to guarantee stable cutting tolerance. It separates qualified and unqualified rubber strips automatically, greatly reducing manual weighing labor and raw material waste.

Adopting servo feeding and sharp alloy blade, it delivers clean, burr-free cutting edges. Contact parts are stainless steel to avoid rubber contamination. It is widely used in rubber preforming before vulcanization, suitable for various rubber and silicone sheets. CE compliant, safe guard & emergency stop fitted for workshop operation.
