This complete set of equipment is professionally designed for the production of PE calcium carbonate compounding line.
The adjustable calcium carbonate loading ranges from 50% to 90%, with the mainstream production proportion stabilized at 75% to 85%.
The finished pellets are widely applied in film blowing, injection molding, plastic pipe, plastic sheet and woven sack industries, which can effectively reduce raw material costs and enhance the rigidity of plastic products.

Reliable industrial processes are available for different filling ratios and quality requirements.
This process is suitable for medium and low filling ratios of 50%–75%.
It provides high automation, accurate temperature control and excellent dispersion. Equipped with side powder feeding and vacuum degassing system, it is ideal for high-grade and export-standard materials. The process flow covers automatic weighing, high-speed mixing, loss-in-weight feeding, twin-screw compounding, vacuum degassing, screen changing, water-ring pelletizing or air-cooled hot cutting, dewatering, drying and screening.
The high-speed mixer realizes surface modification of calcium carbonate with coupling agents to improve compatibility with PE resin and avoid white spots and delamination.
The extruder screw and barrel adopt nitriding treatment or bimetallic alloy lining to resist abrasion caused by calcium carbonate powder. Multi-stage vacuum degassing eliminates moisture and volatile substances to prevent pellet pores and foaming.

Three pelletizing options are available. Die-face air-cooled hot cutting is standard for two-stage kneader lines with round pellet shape and stable operation. Water-ring pelletizing is widely used on twin-screw lines with low dust and good cooling effect. Strand pelletizing is rarely used for high calcium filling due to easy strand breaking and adhesion.

Feeding section: 130–140℃;Plasticizing section: 150–170℃;Die head: 160–175℃. The temperature must not exceed 185℃ to avoid PE oxidation and yellowing.
LLDPE/LDPE: 15–22%;1250-mesh heavy calcium carbonate: 75–83%;Coupling agent: 0.8–1.5%;Additives including PE wax, dispersant and antioxidant: 1–2%.
