2. The lower stage adopts a conical twin-screw extruder, which compacts cools the uniformly mixed melt and conveys it to the die for granulation.

3.The conical twin-screw extruder can withstand greater die pressure, 

making the extruded particles denser and increasing extrusion output. 

Dense particles reduce water absorption during granulation and improve surface gloss at the same time.

4.Water ring granulation is suitable for formulas with large differences in melt properties

masterbatches with different proportional contents such as titanium dioxide, calcium powder, 

and fluorescent brighteners can be granulated smoothly. 

On the other hand, the residence time of water ring granulation in water is short; 

after passing through a dehydrator and vibrating screen, 

the moisture content is less than 0.1%, requiring no additional drying.
